We reserve the right to request age verification at any time. Misrepresentation of age or eligibility is grounds for account termination.
Falsification of data, including fake emails, names, or addresses, will result in immediate suspension.

Violations may lead to deactivation, legal action, and forfeiture of rewards.

User payouts are funded from a fixed monthly advertiser-funded budget. Once exhausted, no additional payments will be made regardless of user activity.
Unused portions of the monthly budget may not carry over.
We may increase, decrease, or suspend the reward budget without notice during audits, operational changes, or force majeure events.
We reserve sole discretion over which actions receive compensation and how much. We are not liable for loss of anticipated earnings or emotional damages.
If you promote Scaleheight, you may earn commission-based compensation. All marketing must comply with our brand guidelines and policies.
Terms such as commission percentages, cookie duration, and eligibility are specified in a separate Affiliate Agreement. Violations may result in commission loss, suspension, or legal action.
All users must follow our Community Guidelines promoting respect and inclusivity. Violations may result in content removal, warnings, suspension, or bans.
Payments for courses, services, or subscriptions are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Refunds will only be considered if requested within 7 days of purchase.
You may cancel your account at any time via your dashboard or support. Upon cancellation, unused points or pending commissions are forfeited. We may deny reactivation requests at our discretion.
All platform content—including logos, designs, materials, software, and tools—is owned by Scaleheight or licensed third parties.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Violations may result in DMCA actions, termination, and legal consequences.
These Terms may be updated periodically, with the revised Effective Date posted.
We may notify users of major changes via email or app notifications. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms. You are responsible for checking updates regularly.
